Description
While we did not enter this Cabernet into the SF Chronicle Wine Competition it is just as delicious as its predecessor. We must be doggoned crazy to still charge $27! Be careful as you may consume more than you set out too!
Tasting Notes
Rich bouquet of ripe plum, blackberry, black cherry, and a hint of coffee
Opulent on entry with a full body and smooth tannins
Lingering flavors of black fruits, spice, plum, and has developed some nice mocha and cedar notes
“Pairs well with hearty beef (thinking ribeye roast or bbq), bass, pork tenderloin, grilled lamb or just with you on the deck”
